FAQs

What does the Endowus Corporate Benefits Program offer employers in Singapore?

Endowus Corporate Benefits is a financial wellness program for Singapore employers. It delivers: licensed adviser-led lunch-and-learn sessions covering personal finance, ranging from retirement, CPF / SRS investment strategies, and broader investment topics; curated financial edupacks for employees; and preferential platform rates.

The program aims to support employees’ financial wellbeing, which may in turn help with talent attraction and retention. Over 20 companies - among these Amazon and LoveBonito - already partner with Endowus for this program. Participants in this program are offered a preferential promo code to help give them a head-start towards financial wellness.

How do employees access their preferential rates through the Endowus Corporate Benefits Program?

If your employer is enrolled in the Endowus Corporate Benefits Program, as an employee you will receive a preferential promo code granting reduced platform fees. Sign up on Endowus using the link provided, usually via your Employer Portal, then invest via CPF, SRS, or cash at preferential rates. Licensed financial advisers are available for guidance if needed. If your company isn’t enrolled yet, you can ask your HR team to reach out to Endowus at institutional@endowus.com to set up the program.

Why should companies offer financial wellness programs to employees in Singapore?

Companies offering proactive financial wellness support may see higher engagement, lower absenteeism, and better retention. Financial wellness benefits are increasingly used as a differentiator for attracting talent, particularly among younger employees.

How does financial stress impact employee productivity in the workplace?

Cigna Healthcare's International Health Study 2025 found that 79% of Singapore residents are stressed, with cost of living, uncertainty about the future, and personal finance among the top three stressors. This stress can be detrimental to work productivity, potentially contributing to higher turnover costs, weaker team performance, and reduced engagement. Structured financial education and access to professional investment advice is one of the interventions employers can consider.
